When it comes to the number of treatments required, it is on a patient basis. Depending on the area being treated and the extent of wrinkles play a huge role. Results are seen after the first session, but many would require more than one session.
Depending on the area being treated, patients can expect a treatment to take between 15 to 45 minutes.
You will probably notice that your skin is lighter for a while after the treatment. It is particularly important that you use a "broad-spectrum" sunscreen, which screens ultraviolet B and ultraviolet A rays, to protect your skin during that time.
Also limit your time in the sun, especially between the hours of 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Wearing a broad-brimmed hat can help protect your skin from the sun's harmful rays.

Wrinkle correction and skin tightening with Micro-Needling and / or Mesotherapy

Micro-needling is a method of triggering the repair response of the skin. The needles on a micro-needling device puncture the skin to create a controlled skin injury. Each puncture of the needle creates a microscopic channel, or empty space, triggering your own body to respond and heal itself, filling these channels with collagen and elastin, resulting in smoother and even skin. With the addition of mesotherapy, putting the right nutrients at the right depth of your skin to aid the healing process resulting in a better outcome.

The goal of the procedure, micro-needling is to start your body's healing process by sending collagen and elastin to patch up the tiny injuries. Collagen helps fill in and smooth out wrinkles. Most people get microneedling on the face, but it can also done on other parts of the body, such as your stomach or thighs
When adding mesotherapy to micro-needling, you are aiding your treatment with more nutrients and vitamins, helping achieve maximum results.
Depending on the area and the extent of wrinkles, one to six sessions might be required. Results are usually seen after the first session.
The area treated will be red for a day or two with a bit of swelling. We strongly advise keeping out of the sun, keeping the treated area clean and do not take a shower for 24-48 hours after your treatment.
Some additional tips:
1. Do not take any anti-inflammatory medications for one week after the procedure.
2. Do not use ice on your face, and avoid using arnica/bromelain. These may interfere with the natural inflammatory process that’s critical for your skin rejuvenation.
3. Avoid sun tanning and prolonged exposure to direct sunlight for at least 2 weeks. After 24 hours, always use sunblock (30 SPF or higher) and wear a hat if you’re outside.
4. Use a painkiller, such as Tylenol, if you experience any soreness.

These injectables are neurotoxic proteins produced by specific bacteria and related species. It prevents the release of the neurotransmitter acetylcholine from axon endings at the neuromuscular junction, thus causing flaccid paralysis.
